Ms. Susan H. Maclay President Ms. Maclay is an experienced Executive Director, with more than fifteen years experience in all facets of nonprofit administration, and more than eight years experience in working with state government. This experience includes: Budget planning and analysis; grants and proposal preparation; negotiation, preparation and execution of governmental cooperative endeavor agreements; special events planning and execution; administrative management; hiring and supervision of employees; coordinating interns and volunteers; program and systems analysis and implementation. She has experience in public relations, marketing, computer systems and various software applications.
