Mr. Paul R. Dauphin Commissioner

Mr. Dauphin is president of Pierre Principle Communications, a public relations firm specializing in strategic communications planning, with more than 20 years of experience in public relations and broadcast news.

He previously served as communications director for the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans, where for nearly 10 years he was the agency’s lead spokesperson, responsible for internal and external communications.

Mr. Dauphin also has served as associate director of communications for the Sun Belt Conference, an NCAA athletic conference, and news and sports director at WYLD radio in New Orleans.
